no need to worry or format PC, you can
Power on the computer and the Windows 10 should start. When it displays “Starting Windows” long press the power button to force the system shutdown. Windows 10 will treat this as a start up fault and try to recover from the error. Don’t worry! We’re moving rightly according to our planning.
Wizard will start as shown in screen, wait for some time
Then it will show Diagnosing your PC
Then it will ask "your PC did not start correctly". Click on Advanced Option
Click on Troubleshoot
Then click on Advanced option
Now in advanced option screen click on Command prompt
Now you will get command terminal in next screen. By default it starts in x:\windows\system32, you have to give the following command to switch your windows 10 installation directory.
Type d: and hit enter
now type cd windows\system32 and hit enter, as shown in next picture.
Now type net user and hit enter. It will show you the list of current users in your PC.
Suppose you have to change the password of Administrator, as shown in list. Then type the following command
net user administrator * and hit enter
It will ask "Type a password for the user". Now type the new password for administrator and hit enter. Type again new password for confirmation. It will say command completed successfully.
